Iain McLure will present the case study “Becoming a driving force for global Direct Mail.”

Iain Mclure is the Chief Executive Officer of Spring Global Mail. He has spent most of his career in the mail industry and in particular, he worked in various senior positions for Royal Mail. He was actively involved in the creation of Spring Global Mail and was appointed as Vice President of Europe and a board member at its commencement in July 2001. In August 2004, he was appointed as CEO of Spring Global Mail.  

During this year’s European Postal Services conference, Iain McLure will present the case study “Becoming a driving force for global Direct Mail” in which the following subjects will be touched upon:   

  1. Helping clients to understand their target markets and consumer trends
  2. Customer offerings: which products in the DM portfolio have been most successful?
  3. Assessing mail solutions which encourage high response rates
  4. Could more use be made of hybrid mail technologies in DM?
